Hazard reporting for WHS managers across your sites

Short answer

A manager needs every hazard report in one list, ranked by priority, with the worker’s own words beside the AI’s draft. Haznote gives you that list, flags reports that may be notifiable, names the likely regulator, and keeps a record you can hand over. You confirm every classification before it counts.

Automatically checked against SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Victoria and WorkSafe Queensland on 31 Oct 2026.

The worker’s words, the AI’s suggestion, and a manager who confirms it.

What managers are chasing

A hazard report that lives in a text thread, a paper pad or a worker’s memory is hard to act on. You find out late. You can’t say who knew what and when. The same unguarded edge gets reported by three people and nobody links them. Then the regulator, the insurer or the principal contractor asks what happened, and you’re piecing it together from phones.

If it depends on people finding time to write it down, some of what happens on site will never make it onto paper. So the opening report has to be quick enough that people actually make it. Regulators also say what a business keeps and for how long, and the rows below show three states that differ.

How a report reaches you

A worker records a short voice note, adds photos and sends. Location comes with it when the phone has it. If there is no signal, the report waits on the phone and goes out when the connection returns. At your desk, the AI’s formal description sits next to the worker’s original words, so you can see what was said and what was inferred.

Each report carries a suggested priority, a WHS category and a possibly-notifiable flag that names the likely regulator for that site’s state. None of it is final until you confirm or edit it. Your edits are stored apart from the AI’s original draft, and the incident is marked, never deleted.

  • A list across all your sites, highest priority at the top
  • Transcript and original words side by side
  • Possibly-notifiable flag with the regulator named
  • A WHS PDF you can hand to an inspector or an insurer

What it does not do

Haznote doesn’t decide that something is notifiable, and it doesn’t notify a regulator for you. It helps you spot the report early and keeps the timestamps and evidence together. The decision, and any phone call, stays with you.

Questions

Plain answers.

Does Haznote tell the regulator for me?

No. It flags reports that may be notifiable and names the likely regulator. You decide, and you make any notification yourself.

Can I change what the AI wrote?

Yes. You can edit any field. The AI’s original draft stays on file separately, so the audit trail shows both.

What does it cost for ten sites?

Pricing is per site, not per user, and the published prices are on the pricing page. Workers are never counted.
