Compare Haznote with other WHS reporting software

Short answer

These comparisons put Haznote beside other safety software using one scenario, dated prices and the rival’s own words. We include the plans that favour the other tool and say where it does more than Haznote. Nothing here is a ranking, and every rival figure links to the page it came from.

How every comparison is made

Each page uses the same scenario so the figures line up: 3 sites, 40 workers and 5 managers. Haznote’s numbers are the published plan prices, in Australian dollars. A rival’s numbers are taken from that company’s own official pages.

  • Every rival price and claim is quoted from its official page, with the link, the quoted words and the date we checked.
  • A script fetches the page in a real browser and an automated check confirms the quoted words are on it. The page says it was checked automatically.
  • We show the rival’s plans that favour the rival, and we say plainly where the rival does more than Haznote.
  • If a figure cannot be confirmed on the rival’s official page, it is left out or shown as not published. We do not use third-party estimates.
  • Company names identify products and nothing more. Haznote is not affiliated with any company compared here.

What the comparisons are for

Haznote is a focused tool for reporting hazards on Australian sites. The comparisons help a buyer decide whether a focused tool or a broader platform fits, and what each would cost for the same job. They are not a verdict on which product is better, because that depends on what you need.

Prices change. Each figure carries the date it was checked. Before you buy, read the rival’s current pricing page. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us at the address in the footer and we will fix it.

Adding more

Comparisons are added one at a time, each held to the same rules, and every quoted line is re-checked against the rival’s page each week.

Questions

Plain answers.

Why compare against a stated scenario?

So the figures are like for like. Each page prices 3 sites, 40 workers and 5 managers, and says what assumptions it makes.

Are the rivals’ prices current?

Each carries the date it was checked. Check the rival’s own page before you buy.

Is any rival named without its permission?

Company names say which product a figure belongs to and nothing more. Haznote is not affiliated with any company compared.
